Approach

A relational strategist and systems translator.

Nîkâni is grounded in years of doctoral work in educational sustainability, tribal liaison experience, and grant-writing and program development across Indian Country and public institutions.

Nîkâni grew out of that conviction. That healing-centered futures begin with centering Indigenous futures. Nîkâni means "ahead, toward what comes next" — Rachel Jean Davis is a citizen of the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska and is a licensed Mental Health counselor in Wisconsin. Serving as a bridge and consultant between worlds.
